Terms of Use
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These terms cover Warm Ground: The Thirty-First, a game for iPhone by OKapps. By installing or playing the game, you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the game as well.
License
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store's terms. The game, with its story, art, music and names, belongs to OKapps. You are welcome to stream it, record it and write about it.
Game content
Spores, coins and everything the hero owns or earns are part of the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be passed to another player. We tune prices and balance over time, sometimes without an app update.
Purchases
- The game is free to download. Spores and coins, sets of supplies, chapters after the first one, walker's gear, stash upgrades and PDA cases are sold in the store.
- Prices are shown before you buy, and they may vary by region. Every purchase is charged to your Apple Account.
- Chapters, walker's gear, the stash and PDA cases stay yours. On a new install, tap Restore Purchases in Settings or in the store with the same Apple Account.
- Spores, coins and supplies are used up in play and are not restored.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.
Your progress
Your saved game is kept on your iPhone. New Game in Settings and deleting the game both erase it, and we cannot restore it. What the game sends us is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, modify or resell the game, and do not change its saved data or network traffic to get things for free. If a purchase is obtained this way, we may take back what it gave. We may add, change or remove parts of the game.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the game in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits a liability or a consumer right that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above changes with each update. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms.
