Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This policy covers Warm Ground: The Thirty-First, a game for iPhone by OKapps. In short: we never learn who you are, and what the game sends us is about the game.
What we don't do
- No account, no sign-up, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- No ads and no advertising networks.
- No advertising identifier (IDFA), no tracking prompt, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No selling or renting of your data.
Where your data lives
Your saved game and settings stay on your iPhone.
On its first launch with a network, the game gets a random player ID through an anonymous Firebase sign-in. The ID is not tied to your name or your Apple Account. The services below keep their data about the game under it.
While you play, the game writes a log of what you did and saw in it, with your device model, iOS version, language, region, time zone and text size. When the device is online, the log is uploaded and deleted from your iPhone. If you give the game a low rating, the reasons and comment you write are stored too. We read both to find where the game is hard or unclear, and fix it.
The game is built on these services:
- Firebase, by Google: the player ID (Authentication), the game's settings (Remote Config), a check that requests come from the real game (App Check), game events with your device, app version and country (Analytics), crash reports that are not linked to the player ID (Crashlytics), and storage for the game log and the feedback (Cloud Storage). Privacy policy
- Amplitude: the same game events, the identifier for vendors, your IP address with the city and country worked out from it, and device details. Privacy notice
- Adapty: what you buy and restore, the offers you were shown, your country and a few progress counters such as your chapter. It checks Apple's attribution token with Apple Ads, which says only whether the game was installed after an Apple Ads tap. Privacy policy
- Rewake, our own reminder service: the player ID, the push token, when the game is opened, some game events and device details, so it can send a reminder after a long break.
Purchases
Payments are made through Apple. We never see your card or your Apple Account details. We receive what you bought, so that the game can deliver it and restore it.
Notifications
The game can tell you when a wait ends or the hero needs something, and Rewake can send a reminder after a long break. iOS shows them only if you allow notifications, and you can turn them off in your iPhone's Settings.
Keeping your data
Game logs, rating feedback and the data in Rewake are kept for 12 months and support letters for 2 years, then deleted. Analytics, crash and purchase records at Firebase, Amplitude and Adapty are kept under each of those services' own settings.
Deleting your data
Deleting the game removes everything on your iPhone. To delete what the services keep, write to us from the game: Settings, then About the game, then Write to support. The letter carries your player ID, and within 30 days we delete the data kept under it in every service above and write back.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If the game changes in a way that affects this policy, we update this page and its date first.
